    Thumbs up Ana Boot Camp

Ana Boot Camp Day One (500 cals) (Yesterday)

Meal 1 : Slice of a pickle slice (1 cal) w/ half of multivitamin pill
Meal 2 : Slice of a pickle slice (1 cal)
Meal 3 : Slice of a pickle slice (1 cal)
Meal 4 : Slice of a pickle slice (1 cal)
Meal 5 : Slice of a pickle slice (1 cal)
    Meal 6 : 5 eggs w/ mixed vegetables (420cals) w/ half of a multivitamin pill

    Total:425 cals

Comments: it worked like a charm, I lost a pound yesterday .
Those pickle sticks that come in jars are a god send they are only 5 calories a stick and I cut that up into 5 pieces whenever I know it's going to be low calorie day. The only bad thing is that I went to bed with a full feeling

    Default Day Two (500 cals)

Meal 1: Pretzel stick pack (60 cals)
Meal 2: 2 eggs with onions and ketchup (180 cals)
    Meal 3: 1 vanilla cookie (50 cals)
    Meal 4: 1 vanilla cookie (50 cals)
    Meal 5: 2 vanilla cookie (100 cals)
    Meal 6: 1 vanilla cookie (50 cals)

    Total: 490 cals

Comments:I created room for my sweeties. Since Ana, I have an odd appreciation for eggs. They are quite filling and perfectly nutritious. They are perfect for high calorie days or on a low 100 cal day when I want to spike my metabolism.

Just be really really careful how many eggs you are eating....

Science has shown that more than 3 a week can give you a heart attack! And its really scary shit. Try substituting for100g yoghurt (its only 100 cal).
