I did well with food today but after I ate dinner I got a bad migraine so haven't done my crunches.

I didn't feel bad about my food intake until I journal-ed it. Usually I over estimate calories.... how did I manage to so severely UNDER estimate? T.T Also, I lost my water bottle (found it!) so I wasn't using it today to measure how much water I drank so I won't dare take the full points @.@
But! I am starting a new plan... well I guess it's technically today since it's WAY after midnight... I'm bumping up my crunches and I am going to go running twice a day at least every other day starting in the morning... gazelle if it's too hot out.
