, 04-07-2010 at 06:02 AM (370 Views)It's the first day of my weight loss challenge. That nice feeling of controlled hunger is beginning to kick in. All I've had so far is one coffee - eek! I hope I can stay strong for the day. It's usually about 6 or 7 when the real hunger kicks in. My room is a mess so I plan to clean it, do my weights workout and go to bed early. As long as I stay away from the kitchen I'll be fine...
