You can do it!!!! I'm going to try to limit looking into mirrors as well. We don't need mirrors, we are beautiful/handsome and wonderful people

Thanks all. I've avoided looking at my reflections on cars and windows when I took a walk today and also before and after taking a shower. It strangely feels good. Working on day 2!
