Finally!! My medical restictions are over! I can lift over 25 pounds, stop "light duty" at work, do crunches and pushups, and (most importantly) fast! No one will be monitoring what I eat or when, plus that horrible painful hunger I was getting has stopped. Now, it's like before surgery; I get hungry, my stomach growls, I ignore it. It's about time.

Yesterday I had 1002 calories, the majority being protein. That was 198 less that my goal of 1200 for yesterday. I know I said I wouldn't worry about calories these last 3 days, but I couldn't help it. I allow myself 1000 for today, since I was trying to stair-step my way down, but I've only had 560 so far and it's 12:30 a.m. here. I'll have to sleep soon, and I don't have anything to eat with that many calories in the house. lol

Tomorrow is 800, and I get to go shopping for my new diet plan, plus I'm getting new diet pills (trying slim quick!) and buying seaweed for body wraps. My tummy and thighs feel so flabby hopefully the wraps will help with that. I'm really embarassed by my legs, and lower body in general, so shorts and skirts without tights and socks are hard for me. I'm starting a weight training program tomorrow to help with that, too.

    let me know how the body wraps work out? I want to try them out for my cellulite but not if they don't work

    I still have "winter body" too (flabbyness sucks), it really bothers me that none of my summer clothes fit properly. >
