, 04-26-2010 at 08:59 AM (432 Views)Its nearly 1 am, yes I should be in bed but this means I have officially started ABC. So I intend to start my day with a diet pill, 250 crunches then a shower some breakfast which will be a 10 cal weight watchers fruit and jelly, then of to school lunch will be the same as breakfast, then I will figure out something under 480 cals for dinner. I may have a skinny cow ice cream for dessert which is about 100 cals.
Exercise:
I shall walk home after school probs which is 5 kms and then go for a 15 minute jog (im working up to half a marathon) come home and take my dogs for a walk, do some dance after dinner and finish with 300 crunches before bed
