Day 4 - Final day of fast

, 04-27-2010 at 12:17 PM (988 Views)The two pound lost has got me so motivated. I have lost a total of 4.6 pounds! I want 2.4 more pounds by tomorrow and I am sure 3 hours of dance tonight will help. My plan for the rest of the week is the following:
Wednesday:
3/4 cup of rice - 130
3oz of Chicken - 150
1 cup of spinach - 41
total calories: 321
Thursday:
3/4 cup of rice - 130
3oz of chicken - 150
1 cup spinach - 41
3/4 cup of rice - 130
3oz of chicken - 150
total calories - 571
Friday:
Chicken until I reach 800 calories maybe some rice
This weekend I will do a two day fast and start the ABC diet to have something to follow. Maybe extend some of the fast days.
I really don't care to eat today. I want to work out and dance. Maybe sleep but. I can't really do that I don't know why I am having such trouble getting to sleep.
