, 04-30-2010 at 10:30 AM (802 Views)Not really a fan of doing the guided 'diets' like abc and sgd. I've tried both now and each one has caused numerous uncontrollable binges which I can normally avoid. I don't know why it happens but it happens.
The basis for the new plan is to ensure that I have enough protein, speeding up metabolism, feeling satisfied, preventing malnourishment, preventing tiredness, while still steadily losing weight.
So, this is basically the same as the last plan but developed.
food
* 500 calories per day
* unlimited fruit and vegetables
---- for things with higher calorie content [bananas/avocados], half of calories must go towards day's allowance.
* no white carbs
* no dairy except 100ml skimmed milk every morning
* other brown carbs must only go up to 200 calories for that day
drink
* 2 cups of green tea
* 2 pints of cayenne pepper and water
* 2 cups of coffee
* up to 4 litres of water
vitamins
* iron
* cod liver oil
* multivitamin
* Berocca
exercise
* morning
- 100 sit-ups
- 30 push-ups off chair
- 30 push-ups off floor
- 50 squats, hold for 60 seconds
- 30 leg-ups off chair
* gym 3X p/w
* running 2X p/w
* pilates video 3X p/w
