Screw the ABC and the SGD..(They aren't for me)

So, BarbieGirl and I decided that we are going to do a different diet..we did start the SGD, but kept changing it like adding more fast days due to the high amount of cals in the SGD..the ABC is too low and I want to binge, but the SGD is too high. I always feel like once I eat that amount, I want to eat more. Both of us found out that we have a love for fasting..even though it is no calories, I know I won't binge because I know it's a fast day. My strength is strong enough to do that..we already have anyway. So. this new diet is basically this: Fast every day of the week except two days (which I am going to try for Saturday and Wednesday). On those two non fast days, eat 500 calories or less. I like fasting and I like feeling empty. I will drink tea on those fast days and coffee. I also have green tea pills and an acai berry cleanse every day. This may seem intense, but the two days a week are just enough to keep me going..I'd rather not eat at all..and I know it will work. I'll still exercise 5 days a week too.
Everyone prefers different diets..it depends on one's body. I do better when I fast. If I don't taste the food, I don't crave it. If I do taste it, I want more. Today I fasted and it was actually pretty easy..I'll weigh myself Weds. I've already lost 11.6lbs since two weeks ago, so I must be doing something right. Peace.
