SO.
I'm gonna write my goals in here now. i should start with my diet/exercise plan:
Monday: FAST (i'm on the may fasting challenge)
Tuesday - Wednesday: 200 calories MAX, 120 or less preferred.
Thursday - Friday: FAST
Saturday: If i play my cards right, no more than 400 - 500
Sunday: Silently freak out while I'm being forced to eat 1000 calories i don't want
at my dad's house.
Exercise:
Monday - Friday: Gym Class at school.
Saturday - Sunday, and every other day i eat: Jump to a concert DVD for a half hour.
ONLY EXERCISE TO THE DVD ON THE DAYS I EAT.
I'm only eating 100-200 for a month (or until i reach 160, my first goal, whichever is first),
then after that, i'm moving up to 200-300 calories again.
MY STATS AS OF MAY 3RD, 2010:
HW: 210
LW: 150
SW: 196
CW: 176
G1: 160
G2: 140
G3: 120
ULTIMATE: 110-115
CURRENT BMI: 26.8
ULT. GOAL BMI: 16.7 - 17.5
a little bit 'bout myself: I'm a sixteen year old girl who is a high school sophomore living in Eastern Iowa. My seventeenth birthday will be on September 2nd, and my goal is to be AT LEAST 120 by then, IF NOT at my ultimate goal of 110 - 115. I'm in love with Japanese rock music. My favorite bands/artists are X JAPAN, hide, the GazettE, and D'espairsRay. My favorite non-Japanese bands are Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, and Velvet Revolver. I love Japanese fashion, especially Visual Kei, Oshare Kei, Gothic/Punk lolita, Cyber Kei, and Decora.
