I am all moved into my new place, sans roommates! I am really excited. I also know now I can finally focus on losing the weight I know I need to lose. I really need to focus on restricting and getting back to fasting.

My b/p-ing I think is giving me breathing problems. It only happens when I lay down on my left side. Maybe it isn't the b/p-ing maybe it's the working out. I don't know what to blame...no matter the reason onward and forward. I have goals to reach and well just laying around won't help me reach them.

I am excited about new running routes to discover! Tomorrow morning I have a date with my running shoes and a new run to discover.

It is time to focus! Time to get down to business with all my distractions gone I have decided to make it to 150 lbs by the end of the month! Then I want to be 130lbs by the end of next month...I have decided tofocus on 110 as my UGW for the end of the Summer (Aug 30th). I will get there!

    After a major OCD weekend awhile back I detailed my ABC diet plan. Its obsessive, but I laminated my meal cards and everything. It's retarded and it works most days, when I am not in a panic. I follow the plan when I am choosing to fast I just fast. When I get in a b/p cycle I just pick up where I left off. Lot's of working out though, about 2 hours a day. I didn't make it to 150 by the end of the month but I got close to 160. I am working at it and I will get close to 130 is my goal for this month. Hopefully it will be a shoot for the moon to land on a near by star kind of thing.
