so lamee i think im gettng sick i just started coughing DX. anyways today total calorie intake was 316 calories. i was over by 16 calories. Today was ok i think eating (drinking rather) breakfast is better because it throws off my eating pattern. so instead of getting hungry at 12 on the dot its not until 3-4. My one of my roomates has been acting weird today. she hasnt said hi to me all day and completely ignored me. i havent done anything to offend her she said hi yesterday but i dont know why. im assuming pms but i dont know. well tomorrow is 200 calories. but i might have to switch up my diet a bit my grandma's coming to visit and that means more family meals more often. so i'll probably ending up stitching to the 4--6-8-10 diet. i feel like its cheating but i dont want my family to catch on. especially my mom because she gets offended if your not eating her food even if your not feeling well. not cool. but anyways wish me luck you guys. i'll probably start the 4-6-8-10 diet thursday. that way i'll have atleast 600 when i go home friday.
