Default Toning with an Eating Disorder

I have had an eating disorder for over 6 years now, though i wont admit it to anyone else, I see other girls with toned stomachs and arms, etc and wonder how they have muscle and i dont. I eat basically nothing, just drink, tea and have a few biscuits now and again, i know anorexics dont eat much more than this so i dont understand it. Just for the record, i didnt choose to have an eating disorder its something that I have no control over.

stomach crunches!!! its just hard work im afraid.... i have a flatter stomach now at 20lbs high than my low weight due to crunches... you could go to a legs bums and tums class at your gym maybe?
i do 200sit ups and 25 pressups (real ones, nt girl ones) every day.... youl notice results sooo qucikly too!
start off doin as many crunches as you can, maybe 40, and then build up by 10 more every week.
if you want to make it harder you can add weights etc.

Muscle tonage tends to be more than a lack of body fat... Even if you were 1% body fat and you never ate protein or significantly worked out you would just be skinny.... with zero muscle. Work out. Eat protein. You can get powders that have REALLY high protein to calorie ratios.

P.S. my friend's a body builder- even if he works out alot but doesn't eat enough he loses muscle.
