hey, im up for this.. ***edit*** sounds good to me.. starting as of tomo.. new week new plan!! have you got a goal weight for it or anythin? we shoudl take pictures now so that we can chart our progress etc..

oklies... just taken a picture of my truely disgusting self for motivation, gna look at when im hungry!!

I started last wk doin a ***edit***cals max a day, i lost 3lbs by the end of the wk and then i spoilt it all and ended up bingin so angry with myself. I am startin again on wednesday gonna do ***edit***cals a day, max. so i would like to join u girls on this but i will b startin on wednesday, i get weighed every tuesday. if anyone wants to wait til wed with me they can. shall we swap msn addresses aswell so we can all chat there from time to tme?
