Hi girls ive been away for a while - just had some issues to deal with at home, now im back and am finally feeling strong again. i need to lose the 16lb ive gained over the last 6 weeks. im doing fruits and veggies for the next 2weeks (400 cal max per day) to lose the weight fast and push back down to my perfect weight of 92lb.
now it would appear that this site has changed in my absence, i dont really reconize anyone! so if anyone would like to introduce themselves and maybe join me on my f+v diet that would be fab.

Hiya Sarah
I was here when u were last here but I had only just joined. I am doin up to 900 cals max a day and so far it's goin well. I get weighed every Tuesday, I don't own any scales cuz I tend to be constantly standin on them. Anyway I'm 5ft0 and I'm 125lbs! Yes I know this is disgustin hence the cal restriction but I will get to my gw. I am loosin now cuz I started off on 130lbs or summit round there, can't really remember now just wish it would come off a bit faster. hi hun, nice to know there is still someone out there who remembers me! i was chatting to professorana, candykiller and pinkprincessbell on facebook for a few weeks but they have all started using a different site now and its not really my kind of place so here i am again!i love this site anyways. i know what u mean about the scales, i have mine by the bed and stepping on them is the first and last thing i do every day. lol its funny the little rituals we all have!
