Well I have just gone into complete failure mode, I cannot help but keep bingeing and it is getting me down, over the past 3 weeks due to excessive bingening I have gained love handles and hate everything that I wear now cos they stick out like a sore thumb. I am just so depressed, I have even let myself down for the 800 cals a day challenge because I just don't have the strength so my goal weights are out of the question now...I will never be thing
Anyhow I am determined to do something about this so going to go for a max of 800/900 cals a day see if that makes any diff and stop me bingening, I need to do this for a week as then maybe I will see some weight loss - I just get sooo impatient![]()
I am starting this tomorrow 04/03/09 so if anyone wants to join and get rid of those love handles then feel free to post below
Looking forward to the challenge, I know we can lose those love handles!!!

Everyone slips up sometimes so don't be so hard on yourself just look as right now as a fresh start, set yourself a 1000 max daily cals limit but never go that far try and stay under 800/900 but that way if you do have a binge and still haven't gone over 1000 then you won't be so dissapointed in yourself, hope this makes sense I tried to write what I meant. My max is 900 and at night time the cravings are unbearable I can't get it outta my head but I just keep remindin myself of how happy i will b in the mornin if i resist the temptation and tht usually works. I too have love handles and a jelly belly as I've had 5 kids and I hate these. x

dont get down hearted babe.
you have to remember that a woman burns an average of 2000 cals a day... even if you have a 1000cal binge on top of your 800, you will still be under 2000! so its not as bad as it might seem, you shouldn gain, you just maybe wont lose.
and every day is a new day... you sound really motivated now so hopefully itl work for you!

I do the same thing, i set 300 cals as maximum, so that when i binge (though usually just some fruit or eggs) i am still under 500, wich i know is making me loose weight anyway.. Good luck to u, stay strong!
