After I've eaten something, if I sit there and concentrate on the sensation of the feeling of the food in my stomach and the thought of eating something, it makes me feel really sick and weird haha.
Does anyone else get this? I get it even worse if I've been fasting for a while.

Especially if that something is pizza, it takes like 2 seconds of feeling it in my stomach, until my body starts throwing it up itselves.
But yeah, even feeling a salad makes me feel weird last days..
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels

Roasts
One of the main causes of my disorder is due to the fact i felt so bloated and fat when on a sunday my mum used to cook a huge roast with millions of veg and all the parsnips, potatoes and yorkshires....
it all smelt so good and as a young teen i just ate it and didnt even realise i didnt like the taste of any of the stuff i was eating.
The taste was just so bland and boring
So I would end up feeling really disgusting afterwards and not like i liked it at all
A couple of years ago i started to subcontiously analyse what i want ed to eat and now I'm really picky... When i go home i have to eat what my mums prepared but i still avoid carbs and large bland chunks of meat.... When im at uni i live on veg, salad, tinned fish and cheese!
Does anybody elce find they have really weird taste buds for foods they just love? I have met a couple of ani's who love roasted tomatoes and dried fruit.
