The 2468 diet or just a gernal restrict? What do we think?
My max calorie intake for 3 months or so has been 600 but I'm seeing no weight loss at all, so should I go on the 2468 diet or just restrict more, to say 400 or 500 calories a day?

I guess it depends on how much your weight is right now. Go down to 3-400 cals and try there, u dont even feel the difference from 500. Good luck!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels
