Picking myself up now because I have totally had enough of bingening and feeling like complete **** about myself and my life so going to start my 1000 cal max per day again as of today (15.03.09).
Below are my stats (ewww I know) and my goal weights. Will only be updating once a week though cos I don't want to swamp this thread.

Hips: 37'
Goal Weights
1 (31.03.09) = 137lbs
2 (31.04.09) = 132lbs
3 (18.05.09) = 128lbs
4 (31.05.09) = 125lbs
5 (13.06.09) = 124lbs
(now I know this is no where near my UGW but if I can get to the above then I will carry on this diet - patience is a virtue)

Well my parents are always worried so I do have to eat something infront of them, and I have been bingening lately so I thought I should have a leeway of 1000 then I wont binge..hopefully
