so last week was a total write off, so much so that i refuse to weigh myself because i dont want to know the numbers!! binge-restrict-binge cycle.
so this week is going to be a serious return to form, a mixture of fasting and restriction.
i cant fast all week due to being watched by housemate/bf.
so any eating i do will be in front of them so that they cant say anything.
tues-800cal.
weds-water fast
thurs-600cal
fri-800 cal
sat-water fast
sun- 600 cal
my weigh day is monday so thats all im planning for now.
if im calculating correctly, that will be a 3lb weight loss before monday. but since i havnt weighed myself today im just going to update my overall stats next mon.
on the upside, i went home at the weekend and a couple of family members said i was looking skinny, which was nice. untrue, but nice!!
main goal is 140max by 18th april. (BMI 18)

hi hun, if your 59kg thats 9.3 stone, 130.1lb so for your height your bmi is 20.8 which is (your gona hate this) "healthy".
ps this is from my fav weight control website, all the facts and figures, converting lb-st-kg or checking your bmi its all here.

if you are 16, that could be why they are size 4! different people are different builds.
if you want to lose weight then decide how much (use weightlossresources or somethin) and then set yourself a healthy plan.
if you think you have anorexia, then you are in the right place for support, but we cant help you develop a condition you dont already have!
does that help?age 20

well then you are in the right place. sorry if i came over a bit moody there, we get quite a lot of people trying to develop an eating disorder, because they think its a good way to lose weight fast, which i dont really understand but o well!!
sorry about that anyway, im hungry and didnt mean to snap at you!
i was also treated for anorexia in the past and recovered to a healthy weight and a BMI of 21...
however i dont know if i believe that it will ever go completly and im back on the downwards spiral again!
have you set any weight loss goals?
if you have a plan or anything feel free to post in this thread and we can all support each other!!

god sweety how old were you when you were diagnosed? like 12 or something?
I've always had issues with food, became anorexic at 14 (hid it well) but wasn't diagnosed until 16 and even then i didn't enter treatment until 21! god where has the time gone? I've had an ed for almost half of my life. your 16 and I've got to tell you that if you have a chance of getting away from ana take it and run. you do not want it to rule your life forever.
i know im a complete hypocrite as i will never give it up not for anything, im trapped, your not, not yet anyway.Last edited by sarah-charlotte; 03-16-2009 at 02:24 PM.

hey
awh thankyou girls thts so sweet. erm yeah i was 11 and a half when i was first diagnosed. when i was about 15 my bmi went down to 16.something, now iv got 21.1 but i hate it, i was fine until a few months back, i looked in the mirror and just felt disgusted by what i saw. I was happy that i thought i had got rid of it, but its come back. and now all i want to do is lose weight, im like the fattest out of all my friends. im 16, 5'6 and am 59kg.
