    Default What should I do?

Well I am going out tomorrow and well this guy I was involved with is going to be there and I am not too sure whether he is bringing his new girl friend or not, tbh I don't want him to because well for obv reasons.
It's not like I can't go either cos it's sort of a compulsory thing.
What should I do if he brings her??

I'm dreading tomorrow, I'm just not ready for this

    xx

Act as if you don't care like it doesn't bother you. I know this is an awkward situation but just say 'hi' and go about as normal. x
You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.

yeah fatass is right, you cant really do anything other than behave normally...

say hi politely and move on and talk to someone else... he'l probably feel just as awkward as you and wont want to cause a scene.

when i feel awkward at parties, (whether its due to stuff lie this or due to feeling fat) i always tell myself..
"nobody is thinking about you or what you look like. they are only worrying about themselves, just like you are"

So try not to feel awkward as your ex probably feels just the same, as well as his new gf!

    Thanks all

He's not really my ex though we were just 'involved' and we ended up on REALLY bad terms mostly because I just felt used, but I guess it was all my fault - everything usually is

Blaming someone else is a lack of education. Blaming yourself is a want for education. blaming no one is education complete.

Never blame yourself stuff happens its no ones fault its life. you learn from mistakes and get better at the stuff you aint so good at
