Yet another one of my attempt to lose weight thread.
Not going to ramble on so feel free to have a read and if you like what you read then your more than welcome to join in - you can have your own challenge aswell, you don't have to do mine.
Rules:
1000 cals max per day
50 situps daily
A month without:
Chocolate (has to be under 300 cals)
Pasta
Cheese (allowed twice in a month)
Cake
Crisps (not allowed above 150 cals per bag)

22.03.09 - 22.04.09
If weight is lost by the end of March then I will continue for the rest of the month into April, wish me luck

Update
Okay well week one has gone by already so I decided to measure myself this morning as today is the start of another week for me.
Find below my results (they aren't great but I am really pleased with them personally, especially since I have been bingening alot this year).
Results of Week 1
6960/7000 calories (high I know but still under my target)
B: 34' (grrr so angry they are this big)
W: 27' (no loss here however it is my time of the month)
H: 36.5' (lost 0.5', not much but really happy with this)
Well there ya goOnly will be weighing myself on the days where it is a goal weight, so my next weigh in will be on the 1st April. Will post asap

Update
Well my GW1 was met today by the deadline so I am really happy with myself, below you can find my results
GW1: 138lbs
Weight: 136lbs
B: 33'
W: 26'
H: 37' (angry that this has gone up grrrr)
However really pleased with myself, will update at the end of my next 7 days. Wish me luck

nice to meet you. i am slipping in my recovery and want to lose weight so badly! I joined a gym and have been restricting. there is one drink i'm having trouble stopping and it's canada dry green tea. to many calories. i have it once a week.
