Hi guys
Im a happy young man today as I weighed and have managed to move off of the weight that I was stuck on!
I weighed 9st 6lbs (59kgs) today which gives me a bmi of 18.4 according to the NHS BMI calculator, which im really pleased with...well for now but my target weight has moved again!!
Unfortunately cos it was Mothers Day I had to go round my parents for a Sunday Roast dinner, Its annoying that after ages of being good I had to eat a big meal but im guessing a luxury every now and then in exceptable.
Big thanks to all that advised me about the fruit.... I have been eating loads of fruit throughout the day and a tin of Tuna on a evening and thats really worked so far. Im going to go a week now eating nothing but tuna and fruit to see if i can stop my weight going up.
In an ideal world id like to be 9stone (57kgs) but think I will have to change my eating habits once more to achieve that goal.
I have avoided toast and cereals etc cos the low fat diet stopped working so tried to cut out the carbs.
Will it be ok to have wafen thin ham with my tuna? I believe thats fairly low in carbs too??

hiya James, well done hunni.
Don't worry too much about mother's day i had the same problem, it's my aunt's 60th next sunday as well which is a massive family meal
re. the ham, i'm veggie so i don't know much about meats but i cant see that it would do you any harm. It will provide you with some extra protein as well which should do you good.
Good luck with it all, keep us updated.

Feeling a bit more positive this morning. Gonna be really strict this week, just a couple of pieces of fruit in the day and tuna on a evening. I think if i can do that for a whole week then it should start coming off again...hopefully!!

Yeah feel a bit better today, i weighed 9st 6lbs again today so seem to be stopping the weight from going up which is a good start. I have been eating fruit in the day and Tuna and Ham on a evening which I will try to keep up for the next week or so. Hopefully the weight will then start to come off a bit again as I have really cut down on my carbs.....Any other ideas guys?? x
Thanks for all your help so far!!nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
