i cannot believe how much i ate today, i am stopping my 'tomorrow's plan' thread as it clearly failed. i had my first day shift in a new job, i haven't been to work since mid ovember as i was signed off with depression. when i got home i was so tired- i just ate and ate. i cannot believe how many calories i have had today, more than the previous 2 days put together. how disgusting is that. i'm so frustrated that i cant fast- because i live with my parents and they are constantly on at me about my weight and what i eat.
i'm going to try and eat under 600 cals tomorrow and burn the same if not more of in my exercise. i feel so disgusting.
sorry for the long thread, i am so ashamed of myself.

No, no, no, we wont have any of that thankyou very much. Everybody has a bad day every now and then (me mainly), don't feel like you've let yourself down just see it as a set back that's all.
You've probabaly not even gained any weight, your body burns around 2000 cals a day anyway even if your doing nothing.

thank you hun *hug* i was having a bit of a self pitying moment, anyway i am back this morning with a vengence. sometimes i think it is actually quite good to have binge days because it reinforces my desire to lose weight and makes me put more effort in the next few days. anyway i will let you know later how i get on today but i have good plans!

didn't work out quite as well as i had hoped as i had chocolate again, i think my body is craving fat! i ate about 800 cals but worked off over 600 in my workout and was quite busy all day so it was an ok day, panic over- i think i am getting my self control back!

that's good, annabella. Burning off 600 calories in your workout is a lot, wow, it sounds like you're doing good.
