No i havent had that problem yet but im guessing it probably is linked to your weight loss.

It's funny you should say that about the bruises cuz I keep noticin little bruises on me that have come from no where and they take longer than normal to go away, they're like little finger mark bruises like someone has poked me and I was wonderin how they keep gettin there. x

yeah that's exactly what mine are, and i do get a sore bum when i sit down for too long as well james.
my messed up head says it's all a good sign though as it means i'm losing weight- i want more bruises as it will mean i have lost even more weight!

im on a haematology rotation at the moment and i can tell you for certain thats its due to lack of iron...
the average girl uses up 1.2g of iron a day and even if you eat a 2000cal diet incl red meat youl only get around 1.8g...
fortified cereals include iron but its not in a form that your body can absorb easily.
multivitamins are the way forward!!age 20

My legs used to be covered in bruizes and I never remember hitting them off anything. My GP told me it was because of my weight loss, hadnt enough covering on them hense they bruized each other when i was lying in bed or sitting down with legs crossed etc.
