    Default Tea = 40 cals!

Well for awhile now I have been having for my tea and lunch on various days omlettes, well one to be exact, however I have found that if you just use the egg white instead of the yolk then instead of eating a 2 egg omlette at approx 200 cals, the egg whites are like 20 cals each so using 2 is like only 40 cals! (watch on what your cooking it with though).
Anyway just wanted to share this because I have found it really nutritious and filling
    xx

I made scambled egg whites with a little cooking spray. I rarely eat the yolks and if I do, it's only one.
Empty is pure, starving is the cure.
The stomach is a muscle, and like all muscles, it needs rest.
You're not winning this battle tummy ha!
