the past few days when i have been writing up my food diary i keep thinking i have forgotten to add something, or i have left something out. i feel like i have been so greedy but today i have eaten 641 cals and burnt off 600.
it's like my brain has lost all concept of what i'm eating, i feel like such a pig but 641 calories is a good day for me. i cannot imagine what it would be like to eat 1500 calories a day, it must be so much food- euw!
but then i start to doubt myself, what if my brain is right and i have eaten loads, god i'm losing it, i just feel so greedy and fat.
sorry to ramble, i just want to say i love you guys and all the support we give each other, i don't know what i would do without you all! xx

Yup I do all the time, it's kinda strange because you actually know that you haven't ate much but your body just feels like you have.
Dnt worry hun your not on ur own, this probs happens to us all

I feel like that all the time, keeping a food diary is all that keeps me sane.
