    Unhappy

I have a binging disorder. Today (Wednesday) and tomorrow I am planning on just having a couple of protein shakes and maybe some cottage cheese. Some Cream of Wheat if my stomach gets really upset. I haven't decided on what to do Friday yet. Right now I just want to get through today and purify myself from all the extra calories I ate - probably three days worth and I could fat that long to burn it off!

    newbirth35 on Yahoo. Add me.
Empty is pure, starving is the cure.
The stomach is a muscle, and like all muscles, it needs rest.
You're not winning this battle tummy ha!
