Hiya
i have a similar problem.
im 14, and i dont eat with my parents, but they usually come and get my plate or whatever. if i tell them i dont want anything, they bring something, and i told them yesterday i wanted to change my diet to veggie/pescetarian - they teased me and nagged me.
sorry to ramble
i agree with beth and azula, just tell them you don't feel hungry much anymore, or say you are trying to cut down certain food intake, and they should give you smaller portions.
good luck x

i mean this with the most sincereity and respect, remembering starting my ED at 15. This is not a path you want to go down. it's a vicious dirty cycle, that can ruin your life, relationships, looks, future etc. You have a chance to instead avoid your parents, but to talk to them, tell them how you're feeling, where this is coming from, why you want to turn to restrictionto deal with deeper down feelings. i understand you want to restrict. it feels great, but it's only short term. please consider what you're choosing. not trying to preach, it's just that 8 years laters, everyday i fight it, and i wouldn't wish this upon anyone.

Yeah, parents can be a pain. what i'd do is eat less for dinner at night, and at lunch skip on the sandwich altogether if you can help it, to make up for the dinner.

I heard it's best to ONLY eat in front of people so they think you're eating.
Empty is pure, starving is the cure.
The stomach is a muscle, and like all muscles, it needs rest.
You're not winning this battle tummy ha!
