I am sooooo upset!!!!!!!
Well, I was hospitalized for urgent kidney treatment. The first 2 days were wonderful, I just slept them away thanks to the hight fever 39,6 Celsius (102 Farenheight), on the third day I was forced to eat, well I didnt only START eating, I didnt even quit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I ate LOOOOOOOOOOOOOADS of chocolate, grilled chicken, potatoes, fat sallads etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have been in hospital for 8 days, and what do you think I look like now????????????? Like a fat killerwhale!!!!!!!!!
HOOOOOOW could I make this horrible misstake to listen to those jealous ppl that told me that Im staaaaaaaaarving and my body wont recover because it has nothing to make energy from. Well, I got better as soon as I started eating, but I have turned into a fatso now!!! And now ahead lies a hard way of drying out all this gained fat!!!
IM THANKING MYSELF FOR BEEING SUCH AN IDIOT!!
Well, ahead lies teadrinking only for 4 days, I think it will dry out all the fat??? Then I will keep on with a 300cal diet.
Well Im just scared of gaining all fat back if I START with tea. DAMN I dont know how to handle this.
I went to hospital with no bodyfat at all, and now I can feel how fat has grown on my belly.
I feel like crying all the time when I think of my misstake (and I do it all the tiiime, belive my words)
ANY ADVISE???????

Honey, I just want to say I know how you feel but I don't think you should be beating yourself up for eating while in hospital... most of the time we're ace at ignoring what our bodies tell us but you obviously NEEDED the energy that came from the foods to get well - as you say you got better straight away. This is only my opinion but I'd take it slow and ease down gently on the calories rather than blitzing straight into a tea-fast - I know it's frustrating but miles better than ending back up in hospital right? It will come off quicker if you ease down slowly than if you end up back there for 16 days next time!
Glad you're feeling better though
