i feel so disgusting. recently i have been eating such junk, i cant seem to help myself, i weighed this morning and i'm 8st 3 which gives me a bmi of 17.1. i've gone up so much.
i need to get my will power back, i haven't been drinking as much water lately and i know that has an effect on what i eat. has anyone got any ideas on how to resist cravings? i mean i don't eat a huge amount but because im eating mainly junk food it still works out at about 800-1000 cals a day, sometimes more which is gross. i work out everyday and make sure i am always fidgeting but that can only burn a few cals.
i dont know, i am feeling so down. a part of me just wishes i could eat what i wanted and not give a damn about calories but i cant. all i think about is food and i dont get why. i am going to buy some more hoodia tomorrow as i stopped taking that a while ago, maybe that is a factor.
sorry for ranting, i'm just feeling kinda crappy.

Can totally relate to what you are saying hun, I have been going through the exact same experience myself.
I think of food alot lately and wish I could be normal and eat what ever I want when i want. Its so frustrating that I wont let myself and this thing has taken over me.
I find drinking tea fills me up and that stops me from craving food (im not a fan of water on its own)
When i do binge, i know what the outcome will be but I just cant stop and im guessing you are saying the same thing?
However, your BMI is low anyway, I wish I could get that bloody low.

Yup know that too, Weighed it at the same this morning, have put on 4 lb, and feel so down, but as James said tomorrow is a new day and gonna start again and lose the 10lb I need to.

thanks guys, i have said it so many times in the last couple of weeks but i agree, tomorrow is a new beginning.
my fall down is that i eat hardly anything in the morning then eat junk in the afternoon because i am so hungry so tomorrow i am going to try eating as much as i like in the morning but of really low calorie foods like grapes, tomatoes fat free smoothie etc to see if it helps avoid the junk in the afternoon. it's especially hard this weekend as my mum have made all kinds of easter cakes and stuff for the whole family to eat but i can do this and i will do it.

i kno how you feel babe. i was doing really well with loosing weight, but then i put loads of weight on and i feel so depressed. i really want to loose all of the weight again, so thats my aim too.
about the cravings, sometimes smelling purfume helps, and i kinda takes hunger away. and well just distracting yourself really.
its difficult, but stay strong, yeah?

don't get to stressed... your bmi is low(so don't forget that) even if you have gone up from what is normal for you. its still low for a normal person. tea is one of my fav to stop a food craving. your so right havng a good breakfast is the best way to control the day.
