Huge egg I am expected to eat every year, they want me to take it in all in one go, I ate half of it, If I dont eat anything else today It shouldn't have any affect right?????????
oh it was awful.......... Its a big giant huge badboy about 8 inches by 5 inches and its out to get me..., and the chocolate is soo thick, I couldn't think of anything worse to do.....
I'm off for a jog now...
Okay looking at what is left of the egg I ate a third but it is this big Cadbury Cremee Egg easter egg and it has very confusing GDAs where it doesn't state if the creme eggs in the box (234g) are counted in the the wight on the egg box of 629g which makes a big difference if it's 525kcal to the 100g and you don't know how many grams are in the egg 629g or 395g.
This is the point where I et confused and want to starve myself....

I think it will be for all of them alowise by law they would have to state both things separately!

Well if that is for everything then I am confused because that means that the egg it's self has no information on how many grams it is, all I know is that it is 525 calories per 100 grams
, I cannot count this at al it's soo confusing, if the 629 grams on the bottom of the packet does count the 234g in the mini eggs that are in a separate compartment of the egg box then that would make the egg 395g right which is about ?? 2000 calories??
Wait I'll get photos this is stressing me out.

Hey lovely
Really sorry though you were forced to eat this but think of it like this it's only one day, you probs haven't gained anything and your body burns 2000 cals a day on its own so chin up yeah?
However in answer to your question I reckon it goes sumat like this
If there is 525 cals in 100g that means that in every gram there is 5.25 cals
5.25 x 629 = 3302.26 calories
I think this is just the egg itself as cream eggs which is the 6 individual eggs have around 170 cals each in them so...
6 x 170 = 1020 cals
Much love
