Default [Chew] How Many Others Plan Their Meals?

recently I have begun to always plan out what I am going to eat in a day (unless something awful pops up that I am pressured into eating like that awful easter egg in my other topic), does anyone else plan everything they want to eat in the morning or maybe even days before, or even have a weekly timetable of what you will be eating, I'm not sure if I am alone at doing this I just wondered if it's normal or not??

You're not alone, while I wait for the kettle to boil in the morning I stand there and consider what I will eat during the day, taking into account when I know people will be around and how best to appear "normal" while keeping under my limit. My first time round with ana, when I was 16, I had it all planned out in advance like a tick sheet and was meticulous about crossing if off. Think it's my slightly OCD nature! But you're not the only one, for what it's worth

You're certainly not alone! I feel that when I plan my meals I have A LOT more control. Don't you hate it though when something unexpected comes up, and it wrecks your whole eating plan for the day, and everything feels like it's thrown into chaos! Well that's how I feel anyway. Indeed, I prefer and enjoy planning a rough eating plan each day!

I have found that if I don't plan my meals everyday I go over my calorie goal which has currently been under 900. To do this I have to plan everything like snacks and portions. Planning seems to help because I kno exactly what I can and cant have.

I do it too, though it's mostly planning how much food I have to throw away and what should I drink instead of eating. And counting calories beforehand, so that if something bad comes up I'll know how many extra calories I can take in safely. I'm a lazy person so I don't enjoy it at all but I can't stop it either. But I'll do anything if it helps me to lose weight

I use FitDay to plan out my meals and balance the fat, carbs, and protein. Mostly I try to keep the carbs low and the protein high. I couldn't even hope to maintain without keeping that journal. It also allows me to track exercise and tells me how many calories I burn each day, including during sleep.

I plan my food allowance up to 2 weeks in advance, first set my cal limit for each day and then work out what food i can have that fits the limit without going over it. As im doing ABC for the next 6 weeks i dont really need to plan out what im going to eat because its basically nothing! ill write it all down though and go over it with a calculator at the end of each day just encase i missed something !

    Default I sure do

I make a meal plan for the week and then I remind myself the night before what I can eat the following day so that I don't wake up hungry and then get myself into trouble in the fridge. I wish I lived by myself so there wouldn't be so much stuff in my fridge! Anyway. I make up my own diet plans each week to vary what I'm eating so I don't get really tired of one thing. RIght now my weekly plan is as follows:
    B'fast coffee, smoke, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch Coffee, smoke, gum (if I'm really hungry I'll eat the other half of the grapefruit)
Dinner another grapefruit or raw veggies.
My total comes in around 200 cals which I usually managable for me. Another week I'll just do coffee and green apple peels---I know, I'm psycho!

And the kick is so divine when she sees bones beneath her skin...Hey baby can you bleed like me?
