Thumbs up Lose weight fast!!! (All ana ppl come look)

Okay. So I got really disgusted with my weight the other day and I was sorta thinkin' all day how I could drop at least 120 calories. I found a way and it only took 12 minutes!!!

First things first we all have tread mill right?! I put it on a speed of 6 and an incline of 3.5 and I dropped 120 calories in 12 minutes... and *ahem* 3 pounds in 2 days!!! Woot!

So if you all need a new way to loose weight quickly try my method
For all you Ana Wannabe's let me tell ya, it isn't worth it. I'm Anorexic, but I'm not proud about it. I'm hurting my family, my friends, and most importantly me. If you are free don't get in bondage. Well catch ya on the boards!!

120 calories less per day for 2 days doesn't equal 3 lbs lost. To lose ONE pound of FAT you have to burn off 3,500 extra calories than what you take in. So, to lose 3 lbs of fat, you would have to lose 10,500. Thats not possible in 2 days. You're probably on your way to losing but most of that 3 lbs is going to be water weight.
That said, what you're doing is good because the incline increases calories burned by quite a bit. So you will end up losing quicker than if you just ran straight.

actually not all of us have a treadmill ,though whenever I use the treadmill at the gym (which hasn't been for a while since I'm not a member anymore) I hate going on the incline even though it does burn more i'd rather just run on the flat for a bit longer and burn it that way

Cmon guys. Is it not blatantly obvious to anyone else that this is mild trolling?

There is no doubt that running on a treadmill is more effective than any weight loss pills or fad diets out there, but I think you got the facts wrong there buddy. You may have lost 3 pounds to due weighing errors or water weight but there is no weight you lost it from those 360 calories. Running is great, I just don't want someone reading and then getting discouraged when the results just aren't there. Losing weight takes EFFORT, don't be fooled.

not necessarily true...the grapefruit diet will generally cause much more weight loss than 12 minutes a day on treadmill../:
