    Default Six week abc

    Hi girls I've just got home from a weekend of Easter badness and am starting a six week Ana Boot Camp to get down to 94lb for my birthday holiday starting May 25th. I have just 6 weeks to whip myself back into bikini shape and was wondering if anyone wanted to join me, be warned it will be intense - no more than 300 cals allowed per day with an average of 150. i will reach my target no mater what and maybe push further down to a new target in the last week or so.
    I know from past experience the first 3 days are a killer so i would appreciate all the support i can get! hopefully others will join me and we can reach our goals together and be almost perfect for summer.

    hight= 5'6"
    hw= 129lb
    lw=86lb
    gw=94lb

    So after the Easter debacle--I'm right with you. Six weeks of bootcamp sounds great to me. I need to loose 10 in the next week so 150 is just fine with me and I'll save my 300 on the weekends.

    What are you eating? My usual restriction foods are grapefruits, celery, green apples, tomatos, cucumbers and egg whites. Or some days i'll just have a low carb atkins shake. Any new ideas my starving friend?

    I just got back from the hospital.. they only kept me for a week but in that week they made me gain 5lbs... I'm feeling so disgusting now so I could really use a couple week sof boot camp. I will definetly join.

    I'll do 300 on weekends... my boyfriend is watching me like crazy but I'm pretty sure I can manage. Good luck girls..

    Oh sweets, be careful then. Don't want you to have to land up back in hospital again. You won't gain if you eat all fruits and veggies and that way you can have a few more calories. Check in with us and let us know how you're doing

    Hey, im new to the forum - but i started ABC on Sunday, i havent managed to have 300cals today though, just 160 so far, but im feeling great!

    thanks girls, day one went really well with no cravings or anything!

    11am - handful of blueberries - 30 cal
    3pm - a weight watchers soup - 67 cal
    6pm - small apple - 40 cal
    8pm - a carrot - 15 cal

    and I've had about 2 pints of water

    I'm worried about not being able to exercise properly this week as i dislocated my knee AGAIN, ill just have to stick to stomach crunches, sit ups and yoga until it heals and i can go running again.

    anyways hoping for a solid loss tonight to kick start my boot camp. feeling really positive about this.

    Hi all, I'm fairly new to the forum as well and have never tried the ABC before but feel like I need a kick up the bum so count me in - 300 sounds fine to me, my limit is 400 anyway but rarely get there!
    Have done 268 cals today, so 5 weeks and 6 days to go Good luck all x

    I started the ABC diet today, I've only eaten 180 cals of 500. I think that's all i'm going to. Good luck to everyone, and i'm here if you need me.
