Hey everyone, Im havings some trouble. I play softball and have practice or a game everyday. Some days I have two practices. I recently cut my calories down even further and started the ABC diet with a friend. However, Im finding I feel like I need to double the diet because of a lack of energy. What do you think? Should I double it or stay that low? If i stay that low any tips? I burn anywhere from 500 to 900 cal. in my practices alone (I checked it out) plus I usually run about a mile and a half everynight. I just feel so drained
