Well I was wondering that if you hula hop for like 10 minutes everyday will that help you tone your tummy or hips???

I don't have a real hula hoop, but I do the hula hoop game on the Wii Fit a lot (like 30 minutes at a time) and you can really feel it in your calves and thighs. It's good cardio. If you're looking to tone, try a mix of cardio and strength/resistance training, like crunches with free weights, leg lifts, superman, etc.

I promise that I will tell all you guys if the hula hooping works.
Thankfully I have the wii fit, I never thought of using it for hula hooping...LOL
