    Default do these foods really have zero calorie?

    apple
    broccoli
    cucumber
    orange
    spinach
    strawberries
    tea (no sugar/milk)



    is this true and what other ones are there

    i've started the ABC diet today and its going pretty good

    Calorieking.com is a website I use a lot. It has all sorts of foods and resturants on there. The tea for sure has zero. With all the others I'm pretty sure have some calories but not a ton.

    Strawberrys are like 2 cals each, and brocolie is around 5 cal for a big chunk. they are very low calorie foods yet you forgot cucumber and lettuce, most vegetables are safe though.

    the foods you listed have very few calories and all vegatable are safe

    Most vegetables are considered "negative calorie" foods, in that it takes more calories to digest them than they actually contain. So even though an apple has 50-80 calories depending on the size, your body is using more calories than you ate. Vegetables are even better than fruit because they don't have all the sugar.

    But fruits and veggies are great in general! Good luck with ABC

    Apples have 65-120 calories. There is no way that eating an apple takes more than 5 calories. I agree they're healthy, but they sure don't net to zero.
