    Default enough exercise?

    is doing 50 sit-ups, going on the exercise bike for 20-30 minutes, 10 minutes walking and dumbbell workout everyday enough to lose weight?

    it really depends on how much you are taking in...in order to LOOSE weight you have to burn more calories then you are taking in.
