    Default Hiding food

    How can I hide food at the dinner table so It looks like I ate it?

    you could always keep a napkin on your lap and if you come across something too high calorie you could just flyly take it from your plate and put it in your napkin
    I've never tried it though, but i know someone who does do it, and she said that it is hard to do without your parents noticing

    little tricks I use most of the time are: cutting up the food really small and mixing it around the plate..makes it look like you are eating and that food is disappearing. using a dark/or plastic cup and having milk..this way i can spit the food into the cup and no one can see it (just make sure you are the one cleaning up your dinner plate). mixing things around on the plate and spreading them out and around really make it look like you have eaten food so this has always worked best for me. Using a napkin works....or having a dog is the greatest thing.
    If its a meal that I really really like...I do the whole, "I'm really sick" this why I'm not even expected to sit at the table, and the temptation and worry is gone.
