    Question Hunger pains... In back??

My back has been hurtin all day. And it wasn't yesterday. I started a 2468 diet yesterday. Does that have something to do with it or is it just hurting?

If your lower back is achy and hurting as if it's coming from the inside, it's a sign you are not drinking enough fluids. Drink 60-80oz (preferably water) a day. It's even more important to drink fluids when you're restricting. Make sure you're taking your vitamins as well, if you aren't dehydrated, it could just be your body telling you you're lacking minerals or vitamins. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the advice, I've been having the same problem but I never knew it could come from not getting enough fluids

If only water wouldn't make me look so puffy *sigh* I don't like having a round stomach unless I'm having a baby

That's most probably a sign of dehydration and your kidneys are aching. I'm a veterinary nurse and hear about all these problems with anorexic animals and yet I chose not to eat.
