    Hey, not sure if this is of use to anyone.. but it really worked for me.

    I lived off black coffee... at first i cut the milk out of my coffee... then i gradually went to one sugar (from two) now im having a black coffee with no sugar. At first it was disgusting!! im still doing it now and getting used to the taste.. and i really dont miss food atall...

    Nothing would work for me before cos everytime i tried i would get too tempted and end up stuffing my face with chocolate then feeling really bad. but i feel great, im loosing weight and im happy its easy after a while, so easy.

    Like i said, not sure if this will help anyone, but it really helped me

    yeah drinking fluids with some kind of substance in it seems to be very affective. i sooo can't handle the tase of coffee, so i drank verious types of teas. stay strong!!
    Look at yourself, take a good look at yourself, you have such a pretty face, what a great personality you have, you'd be so much more prettier if you were thin!!! Sacrifice is giving up something good for something better...

    but if you still want sugar, use artificial sweetener!
    0 cals yet it still tastes so good

    yeah i cut out food.. if i do eat i tend to go for cucumber, celery or watermelon (delicous) lol.

    i hated it at first honestly, its been weeks now and im still getting used to it!! but you really dont miss food atall!

    I used to drink my coffee with milk & sugar, but then when I started restricting I switched to drinking it black. It takes some getting used to, but now I like it that way.

    Lessthanperfect, for how long do you cut out food? Is it a complete "coffee fast" (except for the veggies you mentioned)? Also, do you notice any mental effects? I'm afraid to restrict as much as some of you girls (and guys) do because I'm afraid of what it might do to my school work. But I'm sooo impressed with what some of you can do!!

    well recently iv had such a bad time n iv like been stuffin my face, but i GOT TO stop!!! normally (and from now on) i eat chopped tomatos on toast alot, or just chopped tomatos. its great. you lose weight and after a while they taste nice yeah black coffee takes ALOT of getting used to!!!

    Yea I find black coffee really good for coping with hunger pangs, does take a while to get used to the taste though.
