Well, I've been on a diet now for 3 months. This morning I weighted (53.1kg) 117.07 lbs, that means that I've gained 1 kg in 3 days. It's because of all the icecream and barbecue I ate this weekend, I was 52.3 kg BEFORE I started eating, and I have this problem, when I eat; I eat a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT, and I cant stop until my stomach almost pops! Thats horrible, because my goal is to get down to 50kg, it will take me a week of fasting to loose those 3 extra kg or 3 weeks with the diet.
Hmm.. well I just had to tell you this.
Oh and one question, is it true that eating shrimps burn more cals than they give you. The same I heard about fresh fruit drinks.![]()

I know what you mean... usually I'm good, but it's especially hard when I'm around free food, I just can't help but eat so much!
I don't know about shrimp, but all the fruit drinks I know of have a lot of calories. There are probably some lite ones out there though.I'm freezing, I'm starving, I'm bleeding to death--everything's fine!

Don't know about shrimps but I think celery (and maybe cucumber?) take more cals to digest than they give... 8)

im living on black coffee and chewing gum. but when someone offers crisps or chocolate i end up eatin the whole frickin lot!
can never stop myself.

this is horrible, I have been eating for 5 days now, I really mean EATING like an idiot, I threw up halft the food and cookies and candy I ate but still I have gained 3 KILOGRAMS in one week, how the HELL will I loose them now???? I am so UPSET, I was at 51.1 KG before, and now im 53.7 :O :O :O :O I can really feel all the fat!!! As long as Im in school I have no problem not eating, but as soon as I come home or enter a mall, this is where I start the MONSTER ATTACK!!!! I ate 2 large bags of food and juice today. Threw up as much as I could in a bag to see how much I threw up, (not much compared to what I still have in my stomach) I even went to the toilet because of all the food. I dont know why, but I couldnt throw up the bread, fish, cookies and sweet corn. I hate myself.
Well from NOW I will fast, NO MORE STUPID FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will get back to 50 KG and when I do, I will have my first MINI meal, just like before, a carrot a day

Ate so much crap over the weekend, and am struggling to get control back.

today I ate pizza in the morning before my biology exams, then I saw the horrible truth, in ONE WEEK plus 4 KILOGRAM (8.8 lbs) PURE FAT!!!!!! (btw the pizza didnt help me at all with my exams!!!)thats from 50.1(110.2 lbs) to 54.3 KG(119.5 lbs)!!!!!!! I cant belive what is happening, well, Im now taking the controll back over my body,so Im on a strikt WATER fast now, no more sweets or food whaaaaaaaaaaaaat so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will spend all my money on XS cloths instead
Sunglasses is the first thing to buy on my shoppinglist and a lot of chewing gum
then when im on 52.3 kg I MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY start eating some powder soups (20g powder (in boiling water of course) a day).
If I keep the water fast going with a cal intake of 7 cal/a day (Shewing gums)and do light exersicise 1-3 times a week on the 05/22 I will be at a pretty normal weight 51.6 KG !! Thats 2 weeks of fasting, If I just make a week then this is what my diet (50 cal diet) may contain:
- Corn 100g (40cal)
- Cola Light
- Powder soup 20g dry product (50cal)
- Tea
- Bottled water
- Lettuce 400g (approx 40cal)
- Tomato 246g (50cal)
- cucumber 301g (45cal)

I know exactly how you feel, (had stopped purging and was on 700-900 cals per day)was doing really well until about 3 weeks ago when had to go to a family meal and did the same just stuffed out and couldn't purge and threw me out for the week and had a second family meal the next week which was bbq and did the same and now everyday I seem have binged and have put on 9lbs over the three weeks and recently had the odd purging sesion which I have now made myself stop, but does mean the binges go on in pounds
It's so hard hun but you can get back on track for me it is a slow process and the binges are getting smaller and have now started to lose again, it's just a case of reigning in and working on your willpower, I have been putting the things I want to eat out and looking at it and resisting and seeing how long I can resist or if I can resist it completely, I know it sounds really daft but works sometimes. I've also started to throw stuff I binge on out as I want it go so I had been eating it but now I try to throw it away instead which I find har but have managed to.
