    Default Apologies

I send to you all my apologies as I have not been as active as I usually was over the past couple of weeks.
Truth is there is soooo much going on in my life right now (University, Family and College work etc) I just haven't found the time to post a decent topic or reply on here, but don't worry I will try and give a good topic/post on here every day.
Anyway on the positive side of things I have managed to defeat my bingeing problem and can now manage on 900 cals or less, I actually feel really better about myself and can see some difference (probably paranoia knowing me lol) and feel more in control of my body =)
How has everyone else been doing?
    xx

Nice one on managing to beat the binging. Are you losing on 900cals.
Just wondered how you managed to sort your binging problem, I am really struggling with this at the moment (see my progress thread "Starting again today") I am getting so down and depressed and feel so fat the moment, sorry to Hijack but would be so handy to know how you did it.

    Thanks

    Suzy

    Hey Suzy!

Thanks for you reply well firstly I managed to stop my bingening problem by allowing myself treats (such as choc etc) within my 900 cal per day limit, that way I wasn't tempted to over indulge in something if that makes any sense, after a few weeks I found that this had helped me stay in control and now I don't have the urge to binge as much and plus I don't

I have found that I lost 3lbs with 900 cals or less so I highly recommend that, it's really about just finding your limit you can stick to, mine was so high because of my bingeing but the 3lbs loss has just spurred me on even further. Will be weighing myself again tomorrow so fingers crossed it's another 3lbs

    xx
