    Hi,
I am not sure how to best answer this question, but didnt want you to feel all alone.
Purging is not the best way to deal with an ED,
it's just a quick fix, to a problem that will be around, long after your teeth have rotted due to it.
You may not like yourself very much right now...
    None of us here do.
But purging will not help. ...Not in the long run.
    Coming here will tho.
Read the posts. Post your thoughts, and look at why you feel the way you do.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Have to agree with prev posting purging will not help you at all in the long run.
As for hiding what your eating depends who it's from I suppose.
Sorry not to be much help there hun.

I dont think anyone actually answered your question hey....
Purging is throwing up. Alot of people make reference to 'binge and purge' binging is eating alot...EVERYTHING really:P purging is throwing it up afterwards...you body, however retains i think 30% of what you do it...so it's much easier NOT to binge in the first place
with hidding not eating...If you're having a family dinner, have a napkin/s beside you so that you can 'wipe' your mouth and when doing so, just kinda, subtly spit the food into the tissue thing...another thing, if it's not so much a formal dinner, try just spreading the food around on your plate, say that you're not hungry, but make it seem as though you DID eat something...chop up food and mix it in, try and form piles...as when food is clumpped it appears as though there's less on the plate...?
Who are you trying to hide it from?
Possibly try throwing food away BEFORE you are around people, make sure they don't see that...Pretend to eat though. make a sandwich...go outside, and throw it away...but leave like, the crusts or something on the plate.
    Does this help/answer your question?
