Well done hun you doing well it's still coming off. Cramps could be lack of salt.

Comments: no change on scales today. Less than 700 cals yesterday. Trying not to freak. Will do extra work out this evening to try and shift more.

DAY 14
Comments: no change on scales, but have bad water retention in hands/feet today so drinking lots of water to flush it out. Will keep getting on scales all day until there is a loss. Have to lose 1lb by tomorrow morning to reach goal for the week of 4lbs loss. Sure I can do it as am not eating anything until it shows up.
Symptoms - feeling fine, hardly think about food at all (just how much weight I've still got to lose...) Feeling light headed last couple of days.Last edited by meltingaway; 05-10-2009 at 06:22 AM.

Hang in there hun you can do it, could be worth having small something to eat to give your metabolism a boost, I always found lost more weight when I ate something then when I didn't.

Comments: Made my goal of losing another 4lbs this last week. Hope I can lose that again this week. Worried weightloss will slow down. We'll see. Might reduce cals again or increase workout.

Comments: Weightloss really feeling slow at the moment, so reducing cals here and there. Getting really bad water retention- am cutting out salt to see if that helps.
