I have decided to start a new progress thread as the last one is making me feel really negative when I read it as all I have done is overeat and fail to hit my targets so I’m going to try to start again.
Not really sure on the plan probably keeping to less than 1000 cals a day (hopefully nearer 7-800), although may vary the cals at times to keep body guessing, trying to make time to do some exercise, no binging and most of all not purging. I need to lose at least 8lbs to get to current GW, hopefully will be happy to maintain there but we’ll see.
Hopefully this time it will be a success story not the disaster of my last attempt.

First day a disaster in some ways, did well all day until had to pick little one up from mums and she offered me some salad and bit which was fine I thought and then had a few weetabix bites, then few more and so on. Up till them knew my exact count but as didn't know cals in what I had eaten didn't know whether on target or not so ended up on a big binge when got home as thought well if don't know how many have blown it so who cares kind of thing. Didn't purge though which was good.
Good news is that have sussed that my binges come when I don't know the cals as have been in a situation where can't work them out, so for future will try to make sure always know exact cals.
Weigh in this morning was awful I now need to lose a stone
However today so far has been good am on 900cals for day with 100 for something later if I want something, so hopefuly tomorrow will se a loss and can keep it up. It's hard cos as I type this all I want to do is go and get something to eat, not cos I'm hungry just cos it's the habit I am in.
Well hopefully will have a loss tomorrow and we can go onwards and upwards.

Lost 3/4lb today despite bad day yesterday. Only had 100-200 cals sos far today so good day today so far, just got to keep it up.

Lost another 1 1/4lb today. Really pleased as still had bit of a binge last night but last couple of nights have gone for 1-2 hours walk which helps.

Bad couple of days have not been able to go for a walk and have binged, still not purging. although pleased I have maintained not gained. Aiming to only have 200cals during the day today and small tea, hubby gonna try to help me break the evening binging too.
Hopefully will lose tomorrow.

Not been good have really bad binges and desperately trying not to pure so have put on again. I just don't know how to stop am so out of control when binging, I know I shouldn't but I can't stop, it like I've been taken over by another person. Anyone know anything you can take to stop appetite and put you off food?
Not putting weight on as am to ashamed. Will post it when better.
