    Post I will do it this time.

    I want to lose the rest of these 18lbs so badly right now. It seems like I just can't. I'm going to start working out a lot more this week and start a fast wednesday. I want to be 113 by the 21. Is that even possible?

    Does anyone know of anything that helps boost metabolism? I drink a lot of hot teas, and green tea. Is there anything else?

    Ugh still no loss in weight yet. I hate how it slows down.
    Had to go eat dinner and lunch with my mother today
    she's starting to get iffy with me so I had to eat decent.
    I feel so sick and gross...maybe I'll lose more though.
    It seems when I eat more than usual I drop pounds quicker
    I'm only praying. =/

    this sucks...still the same. Going running in a bit.

    (do electronic scales and the doctor scales weight you different?
    which one is the truth?)

    Have not weighed in a little scared to.
    It's that time of month so I'm full of yucky stuff
    that'll add to water weight and i don't want to
    know how much that is...

    try taking supps for ur metabolism like B6 or B50, also gives u energy, so u can work out more
