I want to lose the rest of these 18lbs so badly right now. It seems like I just can't. I'm going to start working out a lot more this week and start a fast wednesday. I want to be 113 by the 21. Is that even possible?
Does anyone know of anything that helps boost metabolism? I drink a lot of hot teas, and green tea. Is there anything else?

Please be careful hun, if you lose it too fast you could cause alot of damage to your body.

Ugh still no loss in weight yet. I hate how it slows down.
Had to go eat dinner and lunch with my mother today
she's starting to get iffy with me so I had to eat decent.
I feel so sick and gross...maybe I'll lose more though.
It seems when I eat more than usual I drop pounds quicker

try taking supps for ur metabolism like B6 or B50, also gives u energy, so u can work out more
