    I have a bunch of low-carb recipes that can easily be made low-cal by making substitutions - low-fat cheese or cream cheese, applesauce in place of oil in sweet recipes, etc.

    Woo hoo i was looking for some low cal recipes too thanks guys
    you can also check out this website

    dehydrated cutting bones
    today I'm over 7 stone
