i am determind to looe weight, a lot of wight, i just have no will power, any words of advise? it feels like all anyone wants to do is 'go out for a meal'please help me?

Hi Hana,
I hate when I have no willpower! What helps me keep my determination is my graph, because of it I keep up pretty damn good.
I've made an example of how my graph works
To the left the numbers are the kg... the thin lines are days and with the red I draw on my weight that particular day, this graph also helps me not to get depressed when I weigh more one of the days cause I can tell that overall I'm losing weight all the time. It gives me discipline cause I have to follow the grey "goal line"... it's also fun to see how my weight goes and I don't accept it going upwards... before this graph I had problems with controlling it. It also gives a visual happy boost seeing it go down and it makes me so happy drawing the red line downwards, you sorta get addicted to it so I don't want to eat when it goes up.
What also helps me lose weight is to eat little bits of low calorie food really often, eat a yummy salad with tuna or carrot every time I'm hungry. I'm one of those "always hungry people" but this way of eating has killed my need for it.Last edited by Miss_Holly; 05-13-2009 at 11:15 AM.

i feel the same. every morning i say "im not gonna eat today" and im always sooooo happy when i dont eat, but then it gets to about 6pm or 7pm and i eaaattttt the whole kitchin :@ i wish i could last the whole day. any help?
